Inter Cars S.A. is one of very few aftermarket spare parts distributors in Europe, which has its own testing laboratory. In cooperation with such companies as: PIMOT, ITS or Warsaw Technical University, testing methods have been worked out, which make it possible to perform tests of automotive spare parts regarding their technical features and meeting technical requirements. Wide range of tests include testing functional parameters, material durability and resistance, which are meant to distribute only products of top quality.
MAGNUM TECHNOLOGY QUALITY CONFIRMED BY PIMOT CERTIFICATES
The granting of certificates is a recognition and confirmation of the high quality of these products. It also informs our customers that all certified products are safe for the user, and their quality has been confirmed by an independent Centre Exploratory. As part of certification studies each of the products has undergone a series of tests: durability, functionality and materials, and the test results meet each of them requirements.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER?

IS IT NOT SUFFICIENT TO ASSURE THE MANUFACTURER THAT THE PRODUCT IS SAFE?
In accordance with the applicable European Union regulations, in the case of shock absorbers, as well as suspension springs, the manufacturer does not have to certify your products. He defines himself testing and quality control criteria, yes that the parts are comparable in quality to original parts. This also applies to Magnum Technology products. From the beginning we put special emphasis on research and systematic quality control. Using the QDA software (used by car manufacturers and parts: VW-AUDI, Mercedes, Bosch) we have described the parameters critical for quality and safety. On based on cooperation with PIMOT, ITS and the University of Technology Warszawska, we have developed research methods that allow us to effectively check parts from each production batch. Our measuring instruments are under constant metrological supervision, and our employees are trained by the best quality specialists, e.g. from TQM Soft. This gives us the right to tell our customers that Magnum Technology parts are safe products. But no one can be a judge in my own case. For the customer, the assessment of the manufacturer or distributor of parts may not be sufficient, may require confirmation declared high quality products. HOW DO SUCH “Competitions” LOOK LIKE IN THE CASE OF SHOCK ABSORBERS AND SUSPENSION SPRINGS?
