Our activities focus on 4 main groups of tests:
- functional,
- geometrical,
- strength,
- material.
Testing the quality of car parts in our modern laboratory
Functional tests aim to replicate the performance of the parts being tested in the laboratory.
The main objective of geometrical tests is to verify that the part will be assembled quickly and efficiently in a repair garage.
Tensile strength tests Such tests are aimed at eliminating products that may affect the safety of the user and, at the same time, help to answer questions about the durability of a given product.
Material tests Detailed analysis of the material used to manufacture the part under tests. It allows us to answer the question of whether the material used has the desired physical properties. By analysing the chemical composition, hardness and structure of the material, we can find out whether the material used for production meets the quality requirements.
The study allows us to answer the question of what material the part was made of. It indicates the correctness of the internal structure, thermal-chemical treatment, hardness.
